1.    Do you usually exercise? If so, how often and what types of exercises?

I do not do exercises.

2.    Have you been exercising since the pandemic began?

I have done exercises very few times.

2.  What are some things that you can do to keep in shape at home?

        I could do a little exercises, but i don’t  

3.  What types of physical activities and exercises can you do at home?

         Squats and jump rope

4.  Why is it important to do be as physically active as possible?

         To maintain a good physical condition.

5.  In what ways can physical exercise help us?

        Can help us with our health.

6. What other things can we do for our mental health?

   Doing little yoga and meditation.

7.  What are some quick and easy exercises that you can incorporate into your daily routine?

         Do a few squats and a little walk around your house.

8.  Do you consider things like vacuuming, washing the floor, mopping, etc. exercise?

        Yes, because body parts are being worked on.

9.  Has the pandemic made you lazier or more active? How?

        How lazy I almost do not leave my room and just read and attend classes

10.  Do you belong to a gym, sports club, do yoga lessons, etc.?

Not.
